…Kraftin’ Kimmie Preview ~ Day Two

It’s day two of the Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps December sneak peeks!  Today I’m showing you one of the new character images called “Prince Charming” using this week’s MTSC103…isn’t he handsome?  I stamped the image in Black Ink, then colored him with Copic Sketch Markers.  I paired the image with some patterned papers from BasicGrey’s June Bug and Lime Rickey paper pads.  I dry embossed the large White Cardstock background panel, then stitched around the edges with some Blue Thread.  The focal panel was cut out using an Oval Nesties Die, then created a sentiment flag from Blue Cardstock, a Button, and Silver Cording.  After adding some Paper Piercing, Ribbon, Silver Pearls, and a ton of Dimensionals the card was complete!

It’s back to life as usual this week with the boys back in school.  It was a great Fall Break, but I’m so glad to be back on a schedule!  I got a chance to spent some quality time in the kitchen yesterday making a HUGE batch of marinara sauce to put up for the next few months…just getting in touch with my non-existent Italian roots! :)  I’m hoping to get some MAJOR stamping done the rest of this week along with some much-needed house cleaning, but before I even think about any of that I want to go ahead and show you the sketch challenge for this week!
