...Ain't Too Proud To Beg

Is this dog not the cutest thing you've ever seen?!? I would like to introduce you to "Beggar". He is one of the many adorable animals available from Inky Antics, and I simply love him! He was stamped with Jet Black Staz-On Ink onto a piece of Watercolor Paper. I colored him with an Aquapainter, a Creamy Caramel Stampin' Write Marker, and a Close To Cocoa Stampin' Write Marker. His paws were popped up off of the panel using Dimensionals. I also colored the background using an Aquapainter and Bashful Blue Stampin' Write Marker, then used the Kiwi Kiss Classic Ink Pad along with the Tangerine Tango Classic Ink Pad to color his collar. The hat was from the "Sock Monkey Accessories" set, and it was also colored with the Tangerine Tango Classic Ink Pad and Aquapainter. The sentiment was from "Best Yet", and was stamped in Chocolate Chip Classic Ink. I used a Stamp-a-ma-jig and Image Sheet to get my sentiment straight...and if you do not have one of these wonderful tools, then you definitely need to get one. You will never have another crooked sentiment! The completed panel was popped up from the base using Dimensionals.

The focal panel was matted with Kiwi Kiss Cardstock and Chocolate Chip Cardstock. The patterned paper was from the Frosty Day Designer Series Paper pack, and it was matted with Tangerine Tango Cardstock. Three Fire Circles Rhinestone Brads were added to the left-hand side of the panel before it was attached to the Bashful Blue Cardstock base using SNAIL Adhesive.

That's it for today! Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you all tomorrow with a card for this week's Color Challenge and Sketch Challenge at SCS. DON'T FORGET TO ENTER TO WIN $30 FREE STAMPIN' UP MERCHANDISE AT THIS POST. Until later...

This card is just too darn cute. The way you popped his paws makes him look like he's about to jump off the card and lick me right on the face. It's going to be my Christmas card, right? I heard through the grapevine that you were mass produing these for your Christmas cards. You'll be done around the year 2010, right?

Anywho, I really, really like this card. It's one of my favorties that you have done. You're my hero!!! Love ya!!
