...Color Challenge #173

***DON'T FORGET TO ENTER TO WIN THE BLOG CANDY SEEN AT THIS POST...THE WINNER WILL BE DRAWN ON THURSDAY***

This is my submission for today's Color Challenge at SCS : Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate, and Certainly Celery. The card base was Purely Pomegranate Cardstock (A2), and the next layer up was a piece from the Print Pack's Wild Wasabi Designer Paper (5-1/2 X 1-7/8). A Mat Pack and Paper Piercer were used to pierce below the designer paper layer. The focal image was made of Certainly Celery Cardstock (4 X 1-3/4), Purely Pomegranate Cardstock (3-7/8 X 1-5/8), and Whisper White Cardstock (3-3/4 X 1-1/2). The sentiment was stamped onto the white cardstock in Purely Pomegranate Classic Ink. The small flower was also stamped in the same ink onto a scrap piece of white cardstock, then cut out using CutterBee Scissors. The star burst was stamped in Wild Wasabi Classic Ink, and punched out using the 3/4" Circle Punch. The flower and star burst were attached to each other and the sentiment using Dimensionals. A small Celedon KaiserScrapbook Rhinestone was added to the center of the flower. To finish off the card, a piece of Pewter Hodgepodge Hardware and 1/4" Certainly Celery Grosgrain Ribbon was placed on the corner of the sentiment panel, and the completed panel was attached to the card base using Dimensionals.

That's it for today. Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you all again tomorrow! Until then...
