...Crazy 4 Paper Piercing (C4C27)

Happy Saturday! It's time to get "crazy" again with the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog, and Barbara Anders will be issuing some awesome challenges for all of us to play along with. This week you're asked to create a card or project that incorporates paper piercing. I chose to use Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps' image called "Lola Davinci". This is actually a digital image that I received from Kim for one of the first C4C challenges, but I couldn't use it without Copics to color with...but I can now! LOL! I printed the image (larger than what the rubber version is) onto PTI White Cardstock, then colored her with several Copic Sketch Markers. I had to use some of the playful patterned paper from the Get Happy paper pad by Cosmo Cricket. I added paper piercing around the edges of the striped panel, and around the outside of the focal panel. The sentiment was from There She Goes' set "Loads of Fun", and was stamped in black onto a scrap piece of Summer Sun Cardstock. A piece of Red Stitched Ribbon, a punched flower, and a Brad were the only embellishments used to complete the card.
Now let's see what the rest of the design team have created for you to peruse:

That's it for today! Thanks for stopping by to see me, and now it's your turn to create a card or project that incorporate PAPER PIERCING, and share it with us. Be sure to add your creation to Mister Linky back at the Crazy 4 Challenges Blog post...we can't wait to see what you come up with! Until later...
