...Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge (MTSC59)

Happy Tuesday, everyone! It's sketch challenge time again, but I have a couple of announcements before we get started. First of all, please welcome back our wayward Muse, Jackie Pedro! LOL! So glad to have you back with us, sweetie! Secondly, it's time for another "Guest Muse" to be featured...and she will create samples for each sketch during her month. This month's lucky lady is none other than my faithful challenge participant and uber-talented, Anya Schrier from "Life Is What You Make It"! I adore the clean and crisp lines of her cards, and her color combos always ROCK!
Now it's time for you all to get to know a few things about her...in her own words:

"Hi everyone! My name is Anya Schrier, and I am thrilled to be Mercy's Guest Muse for February! I am a big fan of the Tuesday Sketch Challenges, and am looking forward to my month with you all. I grew up in Pittsburgh, PA...and am happy to still call Pittsburgh home. I work for a local utility company, where I coordinate environmental permits, and insure compliance with federal and state environmental regulations. I am fortunate to have a career that allows me to travel and spend time outdoors without venturing far from home. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have two dogs...both rescues. I am a certified scuba diver, and I love hockey! I first started stamping about 15 years ago, when I was in high school. Life took over during college and graduate school, but I was reintroduced to stamping about 4 years ago when a friend invited me to a Stampin' Up! party. Things have come a long way since then! I am extremely blessed to be able to serve on some fabulous Design Teams, and work with some fantastic designers. I am so grateful for the opportunity to spend this month working with Mercy, the rest of the Muses, and you!"

Now for this week's Tuesday Sketch #59:

My Sample:Anya Schrier's Sample: Now let's see what the other Muses have created for our viewing pleasure today:

Now it's your turn! Create a card or scrapbook layout using the sketch above, and link your creation below in Mister Linky. Be sure to use the keyword MTSC59 when uploading to a public gallery! I also have a surprise for one lucky participant this week! A random winner will receive the new "Sweet Tooth" stamp set from The Greeting Farm for FREE! We will announce the winner along with next Tuesday's Sketch Challenge.

Good Luck & Happy Stamping!

Great sketch Mercy and congrats to the guest Muse!

You'll see my card on Thursday because I always do your sketch with our Bible Verse Thursday challenge. It's just habit now and part of my weekly crafting routine. Hugs girl!

PS: I really like your sketches because there's a lot of open space to work with and clean and simple. Both you and Korin at Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, The Sweet Stop, have great sketches to do.

I'm just a sketch junkie. I admit it. We need to start a group.

Fabulous samples, and great simple sketch! I maybe took just a little too much liberty to make it fit my image... feel free to delete my link if you don't think it qualifies! :)

Hi Mercy! I'm not sure if I obscured the original sketch too much for it to count, but I am thankful to you for the inspiration! :-)Traci

Wow.....this sketch was super easy for me.....thankfully no difficult shapes as I've managed to break my cuttlebug!! Its like my arms have both been broken not being able to use my dies and embossing folders, etc.

Anyway....used it and have uploaded my attempt. Love your cards....and so excited to see Anya pop up in your blog world too!! I've been following her for a while now. Yay!!
