...Inspiration Challenge #145

This is my submission for today's Inspiration Challenge at SCS. We were to create a card inspired by the Peir 1 Imports' living room seen HERE. I used "Upsy Daisy" in Tangerine Tango Classic Ink on Whisper White Textured Cardstock, and combined it with some Hawaii Papaya Designer Series Paper. The edges of the designer paper were made into scallops using the Scallop Edge Punch. I love the way the tangerine plays such a dominant role...thanks to the Chocolate Chip Cardstock base. Orange Glitter was added to the tips of the flowers, and Old Olive 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon completed the design.

That's it for today! I have a stamping event to head off to, so I will see you all tomorrow! Until then...

Supplies

Papers: Chocolate Chip, Kiwi Kiss, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White (Textured), Hawaii Papaya DSP

Hi Mercy! I was searching Splitcoast for cards using the "Little Birdie Told Me" set and saw your adorable card that led me to your blog. I'm so impressed with your layouts and your creations are outstanding. I'll be adding you to my google reader. Thanks for sharing your talent with us all! Smiles from Nebraska, Pam :)
