...Good Morning, Sunshine!

Happy Monday morning...I hope everyone had as wonderful a weekend as I did! I got to spend three glorious days stamping, eating, and having entirely too much fun with my friends Pam Varnell and Janet Beahm. I also met a new friends, Donna (another SU demo) and Fran (owner of HomeHarvest Retreat). We spent the days stamping, the nights sleeping in comfy beds, and also ate the most incredible dinners prepared by Fran (OMG! It was soooo delicious!!! Potato rolls, girls!)

It was so nice to get away, but it was also great to get to stamp whatever we wanted, because we weren't worried about getting stuff ready for workshops and clubs (except Procrastinating Pam...LOL!). I wanted to make a "girly" Halloween card, so I made this red, white, and black cutie. I used the skull from "Batty For You" along with some of the new Ghostly Greeting Designer Series Papers. I also embossed the skull from the same set on the striped panel, and covered the focal skull with Crystal Effects. I finished the card off with some Real Red 5/8" Grosgrain Ribbon.

That's it for today, but I will see you tomorrow with another retreat card. We have a football game to attend tonight, so I had better get all of my housework done! Until tomorrow...
