Long time no see! I apologize for the lack of posts lately. There is no other excuse except that I just didn't have the time or energy to upload anything. But I am back, and I have soooo many new creations to share with you; but let's deal with the sketch challenge first, shall we?
I used the set "Sock Monkey", and paper-pieced him using the new Bella Rose Designer Series Papers. The card base is the new In-Color Pink Pirouette Cardstock. I also used Basic Black Cardstock as mats, and Whisper White Cardstock on one of the focal panels. Black Brads were used as embellishments, and some Cotton Candy Stickles were used on the cupcake. Here are the measurements to fit this week's sketch:
Layer 1: 5-3/8 X 5-3/8
Layer 2: 5-3/16 X 1-5/8
Layer 3: 4-1/4 X 4-1/4
Layers 4 & 5: 3-1/2 X 2-3/8
Don't forget to:
- Use keyword MTSC14 when uploading to a public gallery
- Link your card in a comment at THIS post so I can see and comment on your creation ( I LOVE seeing what you all come up with!)
- Post a link back to my blog for the original sketch when posting on your blog or in a public gallery.
That's it for today! I will see you back here tomorrow with some more cards. Until then...
