I wanted to let you all know that I will be MIA for a while. We have had a family emergency arise that needs my undivided attention. I cannot go into great detail regarding the event, but I do ask that you say a special prayer for my oldest son, Christian. He has made some bad choices recently, but is in the process of recovering and discovering the root of his problems. If you have children then you understand that nothing else is as important as the well-being of your sons and/or daughters.
We are rallying around Christian during this time, and trying to give him all of the positive encouragement that he needs. Please keep our entire family lifted up to Christ as we continue to seek the necessary treatment(s) that are available, and as we continue trying to be the caring support-system that will contribute to his healing.
Thanks you all for your prayers and understanding.

I'm on it!
Of course your family will be in my prayers. May the Lord lift Christian up and give him the strength and wisdom to make good choices in the future. Good for you, Mercy ... that you are taking it seriously and looking for solutions. Bless you.
Mercy, I will raise your son up and ask God to not only give him but all of you the courage and strength that you will need to deal with your situation. God bless you all for rallying around him and being there with him. May he have a fast and very successful recovery.
Prayers and best wishes headed your way. May you find all the strength you need to make it through this trial. ~chris
If I can be of any help, please feel free to contact me. Not sure if the problem is within my realm of experience but I work with adolescents with mental health problems, chemical addictions, who are in trouble with the law. I am here if it seems like it might apply.
I'm praying as a mom with teenagers. God is in control.
Don't limit God. Praying hard for you, girl.

Dear Mercy, I will be praying.
Our daughter was very rebellious her last year of high school, made some bad choices and as a Sr. in college had a baby who was adopted by a wonderful Christian family and is now 17 years old. It was an open adoption so we have contact with her daughter several times a year. Our daughter is now 37, the counselor at our local school, and a wonderful Mom and teacher.
Through this experience, my husband and I drew closer together and closer to God; He was our sustaining force. We have had numerous times to give emotional support and prayer support to other families who have gone through this same type of trauma. Remember that nothing in our lives happens that God doesn't ordain, and He has a master plan for not only your lives but your son's life as well. Joyce
Your family will be in my thoughts and prayers!
((((Mercy))))
I'm uplifting all of you in prayer, especially Christian. God is stronger than this problem. He will be with you every step of the way. Deut. 31:8 The Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you.
Will definitely keep Christian and your family in my prayers. Mercy, just remember that God works everything for good.
I'm so sorry, Mercy! I'll keep you all in my prayers. Big hugs!
Mercy,
My caring thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this most difficult time.
In Friendship and Prayers,
Lois
Something I have to remind myself of when things are looking down...God is always in control, his timing is PERFECT, and He has a reason for every little thing that happens to us.
We may not know why we have to face individual trials any time soon, but a year or two down the road, you may be allowed to see why, and will think how incredible that God let you go through it to get you to the other side.
Love ya,
Hi!
I don't know if you remember me or not we shared about my niece Hailey and your niece...and your great haircut!
What I know for sure is that we serve a Great God! Who remains faithful, and loves you and Christian. You are in my prayers.
Be Blessed!
