...Nothing Creative To Share Today

Unfortunately, I do not have a card to share with you today...I spent last night and the whole day today in the hospital with my oldest son. After his basketball practice yesterday, he was having severe pain in his ribs and lower right abdomen. The pain had gotten so bad that he had actually gotten sick twice at practice. We sat in the ER until 11:00 PM, but were quickly put into a private room for observation. The doctors were afraid that the pain in his stomach could possibly be appendicitis, and he might have to undergo surgery if the pain was not alleviated. Luckily, he had a good night's rest, was able to keep food down, and had no more pain by this morning. We stayed at the hospital until noon today, and arrived home around 12:45 PM. I immediately crashed on the couch, but Christian wanted to go on to school so he wouldn't miss any class work or basketball practice today...now that's dedication! So with identification bracelet still on, Christian got a ride to school with his daddy.

So needless to say, I haven't hit a lick all day! My projects for my SU! class are not completed or cut out, my house is a wreck, and I'm still as tired as I was before sleeping the day away! So instead of sharing a creation with you today, I want to send a "shout out" to all the wonderful sistah-friends that have recently listed my site on their blogrolls...please check out these talented and kind ladies. I can't thank you guys enough for such an honor as to be mentioned on your sites!
