The picture is a little brighter than I wanted, but this is my card for my upcoming class on the 13th. My theme for this month's class is "effortless embossing". I want to feature several embossing techniques that my ladies can learn to incorporate into their creations. The colors for this card are Bayou Blue, Soft Sky, and Cameo Coral (these were also the featured colors in Color Challenge #126). The horse and sentiment are embossed with clear powder. I can't go into too much detail about the card yet, because I want the ladies to be surprised...but I will link the technique page after my class in another post! A little bit of the Bayou Blue double stitched ribbon finishes off this card.
I am still in the process of making craft show stuff...I had no idea how much work this was going to be!!! But I am pushing through the pain! LOL! I can't wait to share all of my little goodies with you all. Another trip to A.C. Moore should do the trick if my loving hubby ever gets my ride going again! I want to have enough for everyone to buy, but not knowing what to expect doesn't really help at this point in the game [insert worried face here]. I guess the key is to keep it low-scale that way I can highlight some of my work, but still be able to take orders also...sounds good, right? I think so, too.
Well, it's tired and I'm late! So I am off to bed. See you guys tomorrow! Hugs ~ Mercy
