Getting Back to the Basics!

I just love Bud Basics and Basic Outline wheel. I've gotten dozens of new sets since I got this one, but I always come back to this one set...why? I guess it has to be because of the versatility this set offers. I can have just an outlined image, or I can customize it by adding a color with the solid stamp. Don't even get me started on how much I love the fact that the wheel can filled with the solid stamps in the set...too awesome! I used the following cardstock on this card: olive, celery, saffron, and white. The inks used include: olive and saffron. I applied stickles to the centers of the flowers in the background. There is also an olive eyelet in the center of the main image. The grosgrain ribbon came from http://www.ribbonsandbowsohmy.com/. I hope there are more sets like this in this new catalog coming up!

Speaking of new things, I will be signing up to be a Stampin' Up! demonstrator at the end of this month. If you need any sets, or you want to see or buy a new catalog, just let me know. I WILL be having a monthly club in the NGA area, but I don't have all the kinks worked out yet. So please check back to this site for more SU! info.

Have a wonderful Thursday!

I Love the way you used the fancy scissors with this card. How clever, Mercy. I will have to try something like that since I have sooo many scissors. Thanks!
