It’s been a busy month for the Verve Divas, but we’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the most beautiful and elegant stamps ever made. For today’s card, I used several of the new sets released just last week called “Holiday Phrases”,“Friendly Phrases”,“Munchkin Phrases”, and “Vintage Oval Frame”. But first, I started with Jen del Muro’s SFYTT from back in August as a starting point…LOVE THIS SKETCH! I used the new Vintage Oval Frame Die to create the focal panel. I reached for some patterned papers from the October Afternoon’s Thrift Shop paper pad along with some Kraft, Black, and Cream Cardstock. I stamped the sentiments in Black Ink, then cut out the panel using the new oval frame die. The edges of the focal panel were sponged using a Sponge Dauber and Antique Linen Distress Ink. Cream Twill Ribbon was ties around the card, and a Felt Flower (with a rhinestone center) was added on top. After adding some Brads, Piercing, a Punched Flower, and tons of Dimensionals the card was complete.
That’s it for me today! Thanks for stopping by, and I’ll see you back here again tomorrow with another TGF Farm Fresh Friday Challenge AND a Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Preview! Until then…
What a coolio card, Mercy. The addition of the Kraft just makes those thrift shop paper rock!
