This set from C.C. Designs jumped right into my bag as I passed it! It's called "Kiki La Rue", and has three of the cutest little images you've ever seen...Coffee Kiki La Rue (the one I am using), Shy Kiki La Rue, and Sweet Kiki La Rue! They have the sweetest little faces, and I knew that they would be a blast to color! I had purchased these Kaiser Scrapbook patterned papers a while back from one of our favorite local stores, Scrapbook Heaven, and I knew right away that I wanted to use them with this particular image. Then all I needed was a sketch...Jen del Muro's SFYTT to the rescue! I used the sketch from this past Saturday, but I took a little liberty with the focal panel. I knew it could be any shape...so I chose to use the Labels Four Nesties to create a longer panel. After I watercolored Kiki, I cut her out, then attached her to the panel using Dimensionals. I added some Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon, and a sentiment from Verve's set Thoughtful Florals to complete the card. I think it turned out pretty cute...how about you?
That's it for me today! Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you back here tomorrow with another creation! Until then...
