Happy Friday, everyone! This is my sample for today's Farm Fresh Friday Challenge at The Greeting Farm Blog. We have a KISS challenge today...use straight cuts on your project (no nesties, no punches, etc...only use your paper cutter). I kept my card as simple as possible...one layer. I used one of the new images by Elizabeth O. Dulemba called Library Mouse, and added a rub-on sentiment that I found in my stash. I watercolored the adorable and intellectual rodent, then added a piece of striped ribbon to complete the card.Now let's see what the rest of the Farmers and Gardeners have in store for us today:

Wow - for a one layer card, this is beautiful!! I am not sure that I have ever pulled off a single layer one - just, WOW! :D Gorgeous work!!
Whoooooooooooooaaaaa - Lord Have Mercy, Mercy.... LOL ONE LAYER... An image, a ribbon, and some awesome coloring.... WOWZA... I can't believe you did this, and what's more I can't believe how awesome this looks.... You never cease to amaze me girl!

I share in Traci's ALMOST hyperventilating about the one layer, LOL! You totally rocked it tho! And I literally LOL'd when I saw your title b/c that is ALMOST what I called the challenge ;) THIS WAS HARD!!!!
Even with one layer Mercy, you hit this challenge out of the ball park! It sooo holds up on it's own with just the ribbon as an embellishment - great job!!
