...Little Paper Shop Challenge #29

DON'T FORGET TO PLAY ALONG WITH MERCY'S TUESDAY SKETCH CHALLENGE #35 HERE!
This is my submission for the Little Paper Shop's Challenge #29. My friend, Pam, turned me on to their blog and their weekly challenges this past week; and I must say that I LOVE THEM! This sketch jumped out at me, and I knew exactly which stamp I wanted to use with it. So I pulled out my Stampin' Up sets, Loads of Love and Loads of Love Accessories. The truck, pumpkins, and sentiment were stamped in Basic Black Craft Ink, then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Gun. The truck and pumpkins were colored with Copic Sketch Markers, and I added some Crystal Effects to the window and windshield {seen in picture below} for some dimension. The patterned paper was from the retired Washington Apple Designer Series Paper pack...don't those colors just pop?!? I used Riding Hood Red Cardstock for mats, because I wanted them to stand out from the Bashful Blue Cardstock base. The ground was created by sponging Close to Cocoa Classic Ink on the Whisper White focal panel using a Sponge Dauber. The top and bottom edges were pierced using a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer, then three Silver Jumbo Brads were added to complete the card.

That's it for now! I will be spending the day with Pam again, and I have some special projects to work on while I'm at her house. I will also be working on the fifth MojoMonday Sketch, so I will be posting it later on today. Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you all back here soon! Until then...
