This is my submission for today's Sketch Challenge #229 at Splitcoaststampers. I started with a Basic Black Cardstock base, then matted each additional layer with a combination of the following: Whisper White Cardstock, Basic Black Cardstock, and Orchid Opulence. The polka dotted patterned paper was from the Prints Pack II Designer Series Paper 6X6 pad, and was stamped with the small flower from "Flower Fancy" in Basic Gray Classic Ink. The large Basic Gray Background panel was left solid, but the Orchid Opulence Cardstock panel and dotted panel were pierced with a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer. The large flower on the focal panel was also from "Flower Fancy". It was stamped and embossed on Watercolor Paper, then colored with an Aquapainter and Orchid Opulence Classic Ink Pad. The sentiment and small flowers were from "Forever", and were stamped the same way as the large flower. The only embellishments used were Silver Brads and a White Gel Pen.
That's it for today! Thanks so much for stopping by today, and don't forget to check out the post below for another card that was posted earlier this morning! I will be making my card for tomorrow's Fresh Batch SAS Sketch Challenge #16, so until then...
