...Praise the Lord!

I am back to the land of the living! LOL! I purchased a laptop a few nights ago, and I have spent several hours since then getting it programmed and ready to go. That time has come... WHOOHOO!!! I am posting the first ever card from the comfort of my couch...this is living! LOL!

This is my submission for Jen del Muro's SFYTT from yesterday. I started with a Regal Rose Cardstock base, then matted the additional layers with a combination of Basic Gray Cardstock and Regal Rose Cardstock. All of the patterned papers were from the Walk in the Park Designer Series Paper pack. The image and sentiment were from one of the new Verve Visual sets called "Practically Perfect". They were stamped in Basic Black Craft Ink, then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Gun. The bunny was stamped twice: once on the Whisper White Cardstock focal panel, then again onto a piece of Watercolor Paper. I colored the sweet baby bunny with an Aquapainter and two Classic Ink Pads: Basic Gray and Regal Rose. I used a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer to add some piercing around the large gray and focal panels. Some of the embellishments include Silver Brads, Basic Gray Corduroy Buttons, and 5/8" Regal Rose Grosgrain Ribbon. I added a bit of Cotton Candy Stickles to the bow and necklace for some sparkle, too.
