...Mojo 72 Contest Card

Don't forget to enter to win some yummy BLOG CANDY HERE...Deadline is tomorrow.

This is my submission for Julee Tilman's Mojo Monday #72. She is having another contest, so I had to make sure that I got my entry in on time! I started with a Real Red Cardstock base, then matted the additional layers with Real Read Cardstock and/or Whisper White Cardstock. The green panels were actually Kiwi Kiss Cardstock that had been embossed with the Big Shot and the Small Dots Texture Plate. The patterned paper was from the Raspberry Tart Designer Series Paper pack, and a piece of 5/8" Real Red Grosgrain Ribbon was tied around it. The bottom edge of the red piece of cardstock on the focal panel was punched with the Scallop Edge Punch. The sides of the green panels were pierced with a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer.

The stamps used were both from Verve Visual. I used the cross from the set "Notes of Prayer", and then the sentiment was the "Psalm 46:10 Plain Jane Stamp". The cross was stamped in Kiwi Kiss Classic Ink using a Stamp-a-ma-jig and Image Sheet for proper placement. The sentiment was stamped in Real Red Craft Ink, then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Gun. The circle panel was created using the 1" Circle Punch and the 3/4" Circle Punch. The flower below the sentiment panel was cut from a scrap piece of the Raspberry Tart DSP, then attached to the circles using a Dimensional.

That's it for now! I am working on Taylor VanBruggen's TECC54, so I will post it as soon as I finish it. Thanks for stopping by, and until later...
