...You'll Always Have A Friend

I had to play with Pam Varnell's set that she got from Pink Poison (The Greeting Farm starting January 1st). It is called "Cup Of Stuff". I simply love the cute little mice butts...too sweet! I started with an Old Olive Cardstock base, then matted each additional layer with Night Of Navy Cardstock. The patterned papers were from the Maine Blueberry Designer Series Paper pack, and the edges of the striped panel were pierced using a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer. Three Silver Brads were added to the left side of the blocked panel, then it was attached to the base using Dimensionals. The sentiment and image were stamped in Graphite Black Brilliance Ink, then each was embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Gun. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of Bashful Blue Cardstock, then a Silver Mini Library Clip was added to the upper left corner (I also tied a piece of Natural Hemp to the clip). The mice were stamped on Whisper White Cardstock, and I colored the precious mice with Copic Sketch Markers. I used SpellBinders' Classic Circle Nestabilities (nesties) to create all three layers of the focal panel.

That's it for today! Thanks for stopping by, and I will see you all again tomorrow with a sketch for this week. Until then...

I didn't realize how amazingly gorgeous this card was when you made it the other day. It's awesome. The clip and twine really add a nice touch. Great job!!
