...Jingle All The Way

I was stamping with my friends, Robin and Lakesha, yesterday when I saw that Robin had purchased a set that I have been wanting to use. So I borrowed her "Christmas Classics" stamp set from Stampin' Up! to create this card. Now I have to buy this set...don't you just hate it when that happens?!? I used Baja Breeze, Riding Hood Red, and Old Olive as my color combination. The patterned papers from the Holiday Treasures Designer Series Paper pack and Autumn Vine Designer Series Paper pack went beautifully with color scheme. The sentiment was stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft Ink, then embossed with Clear Embossing Powder and a Heat Gun onto Very Vanilla Cardstock. I did the same thing again, only I used a scrap piece of patterned paper. I cut out the bell only, and placed it over the original vanilla panel using a Dimensional. Each layer was matted with Riding Hood Red Cardstock with the addition of a Baja Breeze Cardstock mat on the focal panel. The baja patterned paper was pierced using a Mat Pack and Paper Piercer, then Antique Brass Brads and a piece of 5/8" Chocolate Chip Grosgrain Ribbon was added to complete the card.

That's it for today! I will see you all some time tomorrow with another creation, but I want to go ahead and wish everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving! Until later...
