...Verve Day Thursday Birthday Blues

It's Thursday, and time to celebrate my LURVE FOR VERVE. I was so inspired by the birthday card last week that I decided to make another one.  So I used another set from the March Release called "Big Wish". I stamped the image and sentiment in Black Ink, then colored the cake and flower with Copic Sketch Markers. I used some patterned papers from the Girl Friday paper pad by Cosmo Cricket. I used my Apron Lace Border Punch on the bottom of the front panel, then added some zig-zag stitching all along the sides of the patterned papers.  I cut the focal panel out using an  Oval Nesties Die and my Big Shot. A piece of wide Striped Ribbon and a Blue Button with Linen Thread were added to complete the card.
